Domestic Shipments
Domestic shipments are shipped via USPS Parcel Post (5-7 business days) or USPS Priority (2-4 business days).
International Shipments
For USPS Priority Mail, we ONLY guarantee the shipment to arrive to your country and customs department. We do not guarantee the successful/failed delivery attempts made by your local carrier. In the event a package is returned to us, we will refund your total amount less shipping charges upon receiving the package. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, or VAT within your country.
First Class mail is the USPS cheapest and slowest form of shipping. Although a tracking number is issued for the shipment, the USPS does NOT track this shipment beyond their facility. For USPS First Class Mail, we ONLY guarantee mailing of the item. We are not responsible for any delayed or lost shipment. Please allow up to 14 weeks for delivery. In the event a package is returned to us, we will refund your total amount less shipping charges upon receiving the package.
Returns
We value our relationship with our customers and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges and returns can be done within 30 days of the receipt date under the following conditions:
- New and unopenned items with all original wrapping. The items must be free of any defects.
- Sale items are not refundable but can be exchanged for the same item if the requested size is available.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued and approved first before returns can be sent back. Unauthorized returns may be rejected at FragranScents consent. Upon receipt of the merchandise, a credit will be issue back to the original payment method or exchange will be processed (less shipping costs).
How to request an RMA number:
Option 1 – Request RMA using online function

- Login into your account
- Under the Overview or My Order section, view the order that contains the item(s) you want to return.
- Find the item you want to return then click on the ‘Need to return this product’ link.
- Complete the steps and submit.
Option 2 – Request RMA by email
- Send an email to sales@fragranscents.com. Please indicate order number and reason for return. For exchanges, please also specify the requested size.
- A RMA confirmation email will be sent shortly after once reviewed.
